Apple offers in-store pickup for many items available on apple.com. However, some products and payment methods may not be eligible for in-store pickup. Some products may also qualify for a pickup window where your items can be picked up within a certain amount of time. Only you or the person you designate can pick up the purchased items. A valid ID and order number are required for collection. Apple will notify you when your order is ready and when you need to pick up your items. We`ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it comes to mind. If you don`t pick up your order, Apple can cancel it. Please visit www.apple.com/uk/shop/help/shipping_delivery for complete information on in-store pickup.
A few minutes after receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. As with the online order number, the order confirmation email does not mean that we accept your order. We only confirm that we have received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipment, we will send you an email informing you that we have accepted your order containing the shipping details (the “Shipping Notification Email”). The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Since we want to make sure we have your product available, we will not accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, it will be within 24 hours for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the order acceptance email when the item is available and has been prepared for shipment, which is in no case later than the “Shipping” deadline that was indicated to you during payment. Once we have sent the order acceptance email and you have received it, Apple has entered into a contract with you (we will include the most important terms and conditions in this acceptance email). All that remains at this point is that we will deliver the products to you, which we will do immediately so that you can enjoy the amazing items you have purchased from the Apple Store. d.
